Monsterwin Privacy Policy

Who Is Responsible for Your Data

Your personal data is controlled by Lumina Holdings Limitada, the entity operating Monsterwin under its Costa Rica commercial registration, with a registered address at Calle 5, Avenida 8, San Jose, Costa Rica. Any request, question or complaint concerning how your information is handled should be directed to this entity through the contact details set out at the end of this policy, rather than to any individual game studio or payment provider whose services you use through your account.

Who We Share Your Data With

Payment details are shared with the processors handling your chosen method, including Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, SticPay, MiFinity, Cash2Code, PaySafeCard and the cryptocurrency payment processors that settle Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin, USDT and Solana transactions. Identity documents submitted for verification, such as an Australian driver’s licence, passport or Medicare card together with proof of address, are shared with the third-party KYC verification service engaged to confirm your identity. Gameplay data, including bets placed and outcomes generated, is shared with the individual software studios whose titles you play, among them Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, Evolution Gaming, Hacksaw Gaming, NetEnt, Yggdrasil and Nolimit City, to the extent needed for them to operate the game and record the round. We do not sell personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Why We Process Your Information

Registration and payment data are processed to establish and administer your account, to process deposits and withdrawals, and to meet anti-money-laundering and know-your-customer obligations that apply to the operator. Technical and log data is processed to detect fraud, prevent multi-accounting and maintain platform security. Marketing communications, where you have not opted out, are sent on the basis of your continued account relationship with us. Cookie and analytics data is processed to understand how the site is used and to improve its performance.

Cookies and Analytics

Cookies on Monsterwin fall into three categories: essential cookies required for login sessions and cashier functionality, functional cookies that remember display preferences such as your chosen currency, and analytics cookies that measure how pages are used in aggregate. Essential cookies cannot be disabled without affecting the ability to log in or transact. Functional and analytics cookies can be declined through the cookie banner shown on first visit or adjusted later through your browser’s cookie settings, which will block future analytics cookies without affecting your existing account.

Your Right to Complain to a Regulator

If you believe your personal data has been handled in a way that breaches applicable data protection law, you may lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority in the jurisdiction where you reside, in addition to raising the matter with us directly. We encourage players to contact us first so that a specific concern can be investigated and, where appropriate, corrected without the delay of a formal regulatory process, though this is not a precondition to lodging a complaint independently.

How Long We Keep Your Data

Account data, including registration details and transaction history, is retained for as long as the account remains active and for a further period after closure to meet financial record-keeping and anti-money-laundering obligations. Identity verification documents are retained on the same basis and are not deleted immediately on request where a retention obligation still applies. Once the applicable retention period has passed, data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised rather than kept indefinitely. Closing your account does not remove historical transaction records that are still within their retention period.

What Data We Collect

Registration data includes your name, date of birth, gender, email address, phone number and residential address, including state or territory and postcode. Payment data includes the method used, transaction amounts and, where relevant to the method, account or wallet identifiers. Verification data includes the identity and proof-of-address documents you upload during KYC. Technical data includes your IP address, device and browser type, and session and gameplay logs generated as you use the platform. Cookie data is collected as described in the cookies section below.

Your Rights Over Your Data

You can request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, request deletion where no retention obligation prevents it, restrict certain processing, object to processing carried out on a legitimate interest basis, and request a portable copy of the data you provided directly to us. Requests are handled by the contact channel set out at the end of this policy, and we may need to verify your identity before actioning a request involving account or financial data.

Where Your Data Is Stored

Monsterwin’s servers and the third-party processors described above may be located outside Australia, including in jurisdictions with different data protection standards from those you are used to. Where your data is transferred internationally as part of normal platform operation, it remains subject to the safeguards described in this policy regardless of where it is processed.

Contact for Data Requests

Questions or requests relating to your personal data, including access, correction or deletion requests, can be sent to [email protected]. Please use the email address registered to your account when submitting a request so that it can be matched and actioned without delay.
